My headache is killing me ......ARGHHHH

Yup2.....Hari ini kepala sakit lah sangat2....Time masuk office ok...skali...huh once my AM masuk je, sakit kepala pun datang...nak makan panadol tak bleh ....mati2 tak nak makan panadol....

Me very sensitive to naggings......i mesti kena migraine kalau orang bising..walaupun bukan bising ngan I, I takbleh bising2 in da office....
kalau nak bebual, bebual betul2 jgn pekik2....kepala sakit skali kalau orang pekik...

Da lah smlm tido lambat ....sampai rumah da kul 11....solat,wash myself, by the time I tido da nearly midnite...Thanks to hubby when anaqi woke up in da middle of the nite, dia yg tend to Anaqi...

Juz wanna share sumting......(a fren in da forum was sharing this with us....her son is juz 9 days apart from anaqi...)

can point to the following things correctly:
1) a to z when i asked him to point to me randomly
2) knows 1 to 5..can put the correct number of items into a basket when i asked him to

I was on the phone with another mummy when I said dat I feel inferior coz Anaqi can only say a few word and serious I tak sanggup nak "torture" my son till the extend...I lagi suka n contented tengok dia panjat2...lari2 n laughing his hearts out....serious I nak anak I enjoy his toddlers phase.....

Bohong kalau I cakap I tak cemburu but well i tahu n sedar kemampuan anak I...takpe..n the mummy dat I was on the line wiz was telling me..."tak semestinya budak tu pandai sekarang menjamin apa2"...at least she makes me feel better....

Hmmm Tmrw...looking fwd for my date with the Forum mummies....we will be hafing Sinner @ Sakura...

Saturday, Need to wake up early....I need to bake 2 kinda cakes...

1 Banana cake for the cuzzon coz anak dia cukur rambut N
1 cheesecake coz my colleague nak makan....

*sigh* oklah ...me nak tak a nap jap....sblm makan nasi rawon....

P.s: my boss belikan nasi briyani...tapi itu akan I bawa balik....makan ngan hubby n anaqi...

Rainbow Butter Cake

Yup2 ....I baked the above smlm......Well, ada tahlil kat Yishun..So buat yang paling simple....

Balik cepat2 gi sheng Siong beli butter,rose essence , yellow colouring. Yang lain2 semua memang da ada kat rumah....

Me actually loves baking...but serious me never attend any classes EXCEPT during school days blajar time Home Economics....TAPI me tak berani nak buat jual ok....setakat makan sendiri je ok....

250g mentega

200g gula halus

5 biji telur

210g tepung gandum

1/2 sudu kecil serbuk penaik

1 sudu kecil esen vanilla

* 1/2 sudu kecil esen ros

* pewarna makanan : merah jambu, kuning, hijau, biru

Kaedah penyediaan :

1. Ayakkan tepung dan serbuk penaik sebanyak 3 kali. Ketepikan.

2. Krimkan mentega dan gula hingga kembang dan ringan.

3. Masukkan telur satu per satu dan kacau sebati.

4 Tuangkan esen vanila dan esen ros. Kacau lagi supaya adunan menjadi licin dan ringan.

5. Kaupbalikkan tepung ke dalam adunan hingga sebati.

6. Bahagikan bater kepada 4 mangkuk kecil.

7. Tuangkan beberapa titik pewarna makanan ke dalam mangkuk tersebut dan kaupbalikkan supaya warna sebati dengan bater.

8. Sudukan 2 sudu besar bater kuning ke tengah-tengah loyang pembakar yang telah dialas dengan kertas.

9. Sudukan 2 sudu besar bater merah jambu di atas bater kuning.

10. Lakukan yang sama kepada bater hijau dan biru. Ulangi proses ini sehingga semua bater telah habis digunakan. 11. Bakar di dalam ketuhar yang telah dipanaskan terlebih dahulu pada suhu 180 C selama 45 hingga 50 minit.

Yesterday, my anaqi was at his best mood....Bila I sampai rumah dia tgh main ngan Lego dia.......Then he jus wave @ me...n salam..."ibuuu" then he's back in his playroom...While I cook dinner ....Lepas masak....gi kat dia n ask him "U wanna see ibu bake cake"....He nodded his head n followed me to the kitchen....

Dia keep on staring @ the mixer.....n there he goes

Anaqi: Mumm...Mummm

Me:It's not ready yet...Once it's ready I shall cut a pc for u.

Anaqi:Mumm Mumm....Nak Tu..

Me:Later Darling

Anaqi:Nodded his head..

As usual, Ayah will bring him for a stroll before he sleeps.....Hmmm...

Bila da naik je dia he keeps on saying..ball...ball

Dia nak ayah dia masuk itu ball tent ngan dia....terpaksa ayah dia layankan..

Work:--

I was given a male staff last 3 months...Bukan I tak bersyukur BUT...I lebih rela to do my work w/o him rather than ada dia yang menyakitkan hati....Dia bukan tolong I reduce my workload infact dia menambahkan lagi my workload....Apa yng dia buat I kena vet thru...I kena countercheck...Da berapa banyak mistakes dia create dat I'm answerable for it...*hari2 I datang keje minyak kapak kat sebelah je*...

I had enuff dat I raised the issue with my am..n we haf decided to carry on w/o him.

So smlm the HR came over to settle it wiz him (coz dia masih lum confirm)...diorang suruh dia early release (24hrs) but he refused...dia nak tunggu 2 weeks....so kena lah I bear wiz him for another 2 weeks....yg I tak faham...napa dia sanggup nak tunggu 2 weeks...blah lah cepat2...kau pun tahu dat kau can't perform napa nak tunggu2 lagi....So from smlm till 08/06..I kena go thru wateva dia buat...yelah he could juz do his work asal boleh....so da nak kena jadi mata2 gelap lah....*sigh*...penat2...

Weekends - Starts from Fri

Wohoo My weekends start from Friday to be precise...Shiokkkk....

As usual bila tak keje je....confirm replenish beauty sleep.

Friday
Bangun kul 11 ...Cooked Nasi Goreng, Fry some Chicken wings .
12.30 ate lunch and zoom to The S'pore Expo. The queue super duper panjang..Juz imagine u will need to queue at another hall in order for you to join the crowd which is in another hall..Queued for 1hr 15 mins ...yehaaa we are in the crowd.....there were crocs shoes everywhere. Being 1 of the kiasu s'porean, I juz grabbed wateva I find interesting....Amik dulu nanti baru decide...heheh....We spent 4 hrs there.....In total...12 pairs of crocs....Total spent $340.00......very worh it rite...Anak beranak pakai crocs.hehehe
Balik as usual 2nd stop Airport T3......Seeing little anaqi run around seems that cepatnya dia da besar.....Rasa baru dokong dia satu tangan ...sekarang da macam tak terlarat nak dokong dia...hehe....

Saturday
Kena keje...takpe Sat keje jap je...Masuk kul 9 gelek2 1215 da bleh balik..best....Gi dating ngan hubby jap (makan ice kacang & prata...awww soo sweet)....while waiting for 2pm..
Reason...kita nak pegi PPIS open house....Yup2 PPIS open house....Talked to the principal...teachers ...look2 see2 the whole area and yup2 ...put Anaqi's name as well....Hmmm Me, Kinda sedih seh....anak bujang I da nak attend school....Bila I tengok tempat shower. toilet mini2 tu semua...bleh ke anak I buat sendiri...kesian nya....Hubby da ketawa kan I ....arghhh sedih skali...
He will b attending the 4hrs Playgroup in january Insyallah....
Malam...hmmm kita solat kat Masjid Sultan at the same time ada ceramah...kita laze ard arb street sambil makan murtabak for supper....reached home ard 1 am....huh

Laze ard till after magrib we went to MIL place....

Wat Happen??....My Mood simply Sucks - 20/05/09

Wat's with the title??...Yup2....I was in a foul mood 1 whole day yesterday...Reason:

1) Anaqi hasn't been sleeping well for the past few days...(It's a norm thing for us..Coz dalam setiap bulan. mesti as a 2-3 hari yang dia will nangis tengah malam n refuse to go back to sleep)

2 )Da kul 6.20 pagi....Bila bangun tido, tengok bibik terlajak...tingkap n pintu semua blum bukak..hah kan apa lagi....pagi2 da kena Azan subuh lah..No doubt this was her first time after 19mths but NO way am I gonna be lenient....Not dat I tak berperikemanusian but It's juz dat I can;t be very lenient....1 thing for sure...kita kat keje kalau buat silap mesti kena marah ngan boss kan so vice versa...Da tu Anaqi nangis.....So I've to prepare breakfast...Slalu bibik yg prepare breakfast....but bila smlm pagi anaqi da start nangis bibik kena attend to Anaqi...Di yang buat darah menyirap2

3) Sampai office ...biasa diam je....tak kuasa nak layan2 orang till prempuan preggy (she's under me) ni masuk je buat perangai...ada je tak kena....sumtimes I wonder siapa in-charge of siapa??....I tak pernah treat my self as their superior...pada I semua sama...n kita keje for the sake of supporting of family.....arghhhh Dekni manja to da max....maternity in Aug...but sekarang dia da start hands on keje2 dia....damn it......I tak pernah bersuara when she took more than 1 hr of lunch.....I tak pernah bring up to any1 when she disappear from her work station (go gossiping)...pada I lantak lah n I wanna make this place a peaceful place to work in......

Ayah sensed that my mood was switched off...when I didn't even call him nor home....Juz imagine, I didn't even listen to my darling voice for the whole morning....I only managed to listen to his voice when Bibik called to apologize then only i talked to my lil Anaqi....

Ok so we end up at Fresh Bulgogi Downtown East after work yesterday...Ok I luf the food....Portion juz nice for the 2 of us...Reached home ard 8...And Anaqi n bibik is at the void deck waiting for us....Quickly perform my prayers...b4 proceeding to do flashcards wiz Anaqi...

Weekends - 16/05/09

Saturday was my off day...basically no plan....Juz laze ard at home....Replenish my beauty sleep...

woke up ard 11am.....anaqi was having his noon nap when I woke up...hehehe Hey....I bangun subuh tau then con't my part 2....hehehe

Cooked maggi goreng n Ayam panggang.....Nama je maggi goreng supposed to be ez...but hmmm

Kena blender cili,bawang,...potong udang ,daging,sotong,kobis , carrot...hmmm tapi sedaplah...

me dun actually loves rice....tapi takkan I nak masak mee hari2...coz hubby juz can't live w/o rice.

Evening we went to Toa Payoh Stadium for Forum Perdana by Ustazah Siti Norbaiyah..

Guess wat, a couple of ppl were caught taking Anaqi's pic....juz bcoz he was wearing Jubah....yup i mentioned jubah... n the suprising part was...Mamat (exist) was there tuk menyumbangkan lagu Oh Ibu...Teringat zaman2 kekentalan I....in which I never fail to attend any of his concerts....Reached home around 12...n u know wat my little darling belum tido bila kita sampai rumah...**sigh**

Sunday...

2nd Round of beauty sleep.....woke up ard 10...time to cook ...hmm let see..

ok deal....Ayam masak kicap rempah n Tahu,fishball(coz me not a tahu person) sambal...

Ayah wanted to laze ard at home but seems dat lil Anaqi has been making a lot of noise....*yayah luar luar"...so ok off we zoom to T3....yup dat where we spent most of our time nowadays....

simply bcoz...Me n hubby will laze ard @ mc cafe...while my boy will run his heart out ....the place is wide n not crowded...on top of dat there are kiddy rides n mini playground...

2nd stop....Mama's place...yup2...miss her lots......Anaqi huh depan nenek dia, over..manja to da max....sikit aja lari kat nenek....hmmm

Today back to work....Endure ..juz 4 days work.....Will b taking leave on Fri....Me n hubby planned to be da Kiasu S'porean to go for the crocs sale...Yup2...the crocs sale....hehehehe

15/05/09 - TGIF

Yehaaaa....it's da weekend.....who on earth doesn't love weekends?? Esp FTWM .....No plans yet Except to attend Ustazah Siti Norbaiyah n Suami nya forum at Toa Payoh Stadium after magrib besok....

My Banana cake turn out well......Yabedabedooo....so shall save recipe tu....

Anaqi is not feeling well yesterday....nak kata demam hmmm temp ard 37.3....so juz give him paracetamol je when i left for work tadi dia ok....mayb penat sangat lah tu..

time check 0814...I've reach office....tgh sarapan.....niari rasa macam nak makan cream cracker dip in hot milo...so masuk je cepat2 buat Milo...yummy....padahal, bibik da gorengkan keropok lekor...takpe itu nanti buat tea break...

Bagun je today idong sot set sot set....tot normal...coz me prone to dat...skali it prolong till now......n now while typing da start to have cough....arghhhh boring......kalau nak fall sick pun jgn during da weekends....wasted....tunggu hari Mon lah bleh amik MC...esp besok tak keje....so leh rest kat rumah lama sikit....hahahaha...oklah nak wash my cup...gi gossip2 sikit then nak start da ball rolling....

till I exercise my fingers again...

13/05/09 - Hafta Go back by myself

Will hafta go back by myself today.....Ayah haf sumting on.....Hate it.....Nama je keje dekat but bila time nak balik bercinta.....Jam kat loyang tak bleh carry!!

Yesterday cook Ikan Lemak cili padi & Sambal goreng pengantin....As usual after magrib I'm glued to the TV set....But Hafta sacrifice some moments as I need to do my flashcards wiz Anaqi....plus helping him with his Legos.

Bibik was so called complaining to us.....He is such a nice / quiet boy when we are not around BUT the moment both us balik.....ini anak buat kerenah....Ada aja yang tak kena.....Buat sum research...and was shown dat these are the teribble 2 symptoms....Arghhh.....At first tak percaya wat bibik cakap...but bila telefon rumah...yup2....he can watch his Barney thru out dat 1 hr...w/o any voice/noice...He can imitate wateva da kids are doing in dat show...
Tapi da moment kita balik...hmmm habis semua...barney ke mana dia kemana..

**sigh**

Happy Mothers Day to all the beautiful Mummies out there...

2nd time celebrating mothers day...Although Anaqi hasn't understand wat mother's day is all about we eventually juz celebrate it...

Fri - 08/05/09

After work, Adik plan to meet up @ Madjack Jalan Kayu to celebrate Mother's Day. My mum she simply lovesss Western Food...and serious we share the same taste...Ayah & Adik ordered Rib Eye with Black pepper sauce, Tender Sirloin steak for Mak, Fish n Chip for Bibik, Fries for lil Anaqi n Lamb shank for me...Side Dish - Seafood Platter Combo.....HUh POwersszzz....Makan sampai besok seh kenyang.

Sat - 09/05/09

We juz spent the whole day at home....Juz feel like hafing bonding time juz da 3 of us together...Cooked Sadin,Telor Dadar n Ayam goreng....After Ishak, went to Pasir Ris fish farm to enjoy the breeze.....

Sun - 10/05/09

Woked up early, after subuh prepare macaroni goreng for breakfast....Ayah told us to get ready s we are supposed to bring Anaqi to Fidgets....By noon we haf already left home.....Anaqi was sleepy thru out the journey to Fidgets...We let him sleep for 1 hr b4 proceeding up to Fidgets.Our 3rd visit ....n we knew dat he simply suka skali kalau bawak ke tempat ni..

Lunch @ Macdonalds ....Then Ayah solat at Masjid Mujahiddin, Off to Marina.....(tido lagi Anaqi..) ingatkan nak beli sluar Anaqi for Raya but well ayah n m contemplating....Ayah nak tunggu GSS, I plak nak beli from Spree Polo Ralph Lauren....tengoklah mana yg lagi cost saving...Da plan raya tahun ni ala kadar je.....Nak save duit for thn depan...ingat nak revamp rumah sikit....insyallah...After strolling from amrina to Citilink we make our way to Mak's Place (Upper Changi Road) to celebrate Mother's Day wiz Inlaws...We ordered Kung Po chicken,kangkong belacan,kailan in oyster sauce,Ikan sweet sour, cereal prawn,baby squid,hot plate bean curd n Shark fin soup...Surprisingly, Anaqi finished 3 small bowls of shark fin soup....hmmm Anaqi suka skali ikan....hari2 makan soup ikan pun dia bleh habis kan.....

Mon - 11/05/09

Back to work.....Banyak keje plak tu...so buatlah pelan2...

Planned to cook ayam rendang....Skali evening ayah called cakap MIL pun masak daging rendang, nasi leamak n sambal udang dia suruh amik...Selamat save energy...so bila da ada additional time ni, I pun apa lagi....bake lah...smlm I try to buat cheesecake...me really a cheesecake lover.....memang da lama nak try buat cheesecake BUT tak ada confident so smlm....i gather all my confidence to bake 1 cheesecake.....Ayah keep on asking....betul ke I nak buat..I cakap betullah...So holla the outcome ...Yeahaaaaaa I did it..Tengoklah..

Actually dia kena pure white but oleh kerana first time I tak tahu the timing....so takpe lain kali I buat I will know the timing
